Coffee Roasting

Roasting coffee is the process of taking a fresh, raw, crop and processing it into something usable and delicious. It can take place in something as simple as a hot frying pan all the way to the complex computer controlled commercial roasting machine.

As with coffee brewing, consistency is the key to good coffee roasting, regardless of what method you choose to use.
